Tuition Collections Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Tuition Collections Manager to reputed company the day-to-day operations of our university's tuition collection efforts. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of incoming payments, supervising tuition collections staff, and providing high-level customer service for tuition collections activity.
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise tuition collections staff and ensure adherence to regulatory, University, and departmental processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or reputed company
- At least three (3) years of collection and student loan experience
- Experience using reputed company, PowerPoint, and advanced knowledge of MS reputed company
- Knowledge of the reputed company FDPCA rules
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult customers in a reputed company and professional manner
