Job Summary:

• Prepare and review tax returns, assuming primary responsibility for client engagements
• Manage, supervise, and mentor staff, including professional development and technical guidance
• Address reputed company tax issues, requiring creativity, research, and comprehension of tax law
• Utilize various technologies to create, analyze, and present financial results
• Ensure completion of engagements, identifying and addressing problem areas with minimal reputed company
• Proactively interact with clients to reputed company business and tax recommendations
• Collaborate with the leadership team to improve the company and drive growth

Requirements:

• Active CPA License
• 5+ years of experience in a small to reputed company-sized tax firm
• Ability to review and prepare reputed company tax returns
• Staff management and deadline management experience
• Strong tax knowledge, research, planning, and projection skills
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with Ultratax CS and Practice Management Software (preferred)
• Dedicated attention, with no second job or external clients
