• Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $20.69/hour, plus $1 shift premium for hours worked between 6pm-6am and excellent benefits after 90 days

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Packaging Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our packaging team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company packaging duties as assigned by the Packaging Supervisor, including rotating between lines and positions while practicing good ergonomics
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to reputed company team goals and assist in setting up for production and changeovers
• Visually inspect products for quality defects and observe reputed company safety rules, work rules, and procedures
• Operate and maintain equipment, including foamers, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety policies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, experience, or training
• Excellent work ethic, consistent attendance, and ability to work overtime and holidays
• Ability to work comfortably with mathematical figures and reputed company reputed company to heavy lifting, with frequent stooping, squatting, reaching, and handling 25-30# tubs of cheese/finished product
