As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and reputed company information and service to policyholders and agents. You will independently solve problems, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. With a strong focus on customer-centricity, you will build rapport with customers, listen to their requests, and reputed company expert knowledge of personal lines auto products.
Key Responsibilities:
