Locum Pharmacist Independent Prescriber - GP Surgery (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to work with our client, a GP surgery located in reputed company London, on a remote reputed company. As a specialist Independent Prescribing Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the GP surgery with medication reviews and providing support to the wider team with medication-reputed company administrative tasks.

Job Details:

• Location: Remote (home-based)
• Duration: 8-12 weeks, with a view to reputed company
• Schedule: 3-4 weekdays per week, with reputed company (reputed company-4pm or 9am-5pm)
• reputed company of Pay: £31-£38 per hour (reputed company Ltd Co or Umbrella PAYE)
• Start Date: ASAP (mid-late October 2024)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct medication reviews and reputed company expert advice to patients and reputed company
• Support the wider team with medication-reputed company administrative tasks, including discharges and queries
• Liaise with nurses and doctors reputed company the wider PCN reputed company MS Teams
• Utilize EMIS Web and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• reputed company Independent Prescribing Pharmacist
• Ideally completed the CPPE pathway, although strong candidates without this will be considered
• Prior GP surgery experience required
• EMIS Web experience ideal
