We're seeking a compassionate, patient-oriented Medical Assistant to join reputed company! As a certified Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our patient support operations, working closely with patients, and contributing to the creation of high-quality, reputed company-world-evidence medical datasets.Responsibilities:
- Represent PicnicHealth with professionalism and care, providing exceptional patient experiences
- Review patient records, verify study qualification, and validate data for our Clinical team
- Conduct phone reputed company to patients for surveys, information collection, and follow-reputed company
- reputed company accurate, timely, and easy-to-understand answers to patient inquiries
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality, exercising good judgment and following internal protocols
- Track performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to refine operations and improve tools
Requirements:
- Certification in an approved Medical Assistant program
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and fast with excellent communication skills
- Experience with GSuite and VOIP phones
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong judgment and discretion, particularly with confidential information
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with medical records and high-volume phone-based work
