About the Role: As a Youth Development Worker, you will be responsible for leading student groups in planned after-school activities, assisting with transitions, taking attendance, and providing support with snacks, clubs, and tutoring. You will also have the opportunity to assist with activities focused on art, reputed company development, physical fitness, and career awareness. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with after-school transitions and take attendance

• Attend one Saturday or evening family event per month (3-4 hours in duration)

• Ability to motivate and assist children in building self-esteem and strengthening skills
