Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates
• Implement business plans, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure associates complete required training
• Manage daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, and payroll
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, review and manage HR documents, and research employment-reputed company concerns
• Supervise and reputed company associates and leaders, assign duties, and coordinate workloads
• Manage and coordinate training for Distribution and/or Transportation associates
• Coordinate job-reputed company activities, reputed company relationships with key stakeholders, and support plans to meet customer and business needs

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or reputed company field and 1 year's supervisory experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or reputed company field
• OR 2 years' reputed company Logistics management experience
• OR 2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year's experience managing reputed company resource processes
• OR 1 year's reputed company Stores, Inc. reputed company experience

Preferred Qualifications
