Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, answering, and resolving calls from insured customers, providers, and other stakeholders. You will utilize our claims and eligibility database to inquire about claim status, ID cards, addresses, and other issues. As a primary reputed company of contact, you will issue authorizations, handle claim inquiries, and reputed company benefits information to customers. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will reputed company you to diffuse volatile situations, reputed company information, and reputed company callers, ensuring a positive experience for reputed company customers.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company timely and accurate information to customers, including issuing authorizations, handling claim inquiries, and communicating benefits information
• Process customer claims according to established department policies and procedures
• reputed company voicemail boxes and handle customer/provider requests for ID cards, authorizations, and customer service questions
• Fulfill rapid call volume by handling a high volume of incoming calls
• Complete Provider Relations requests for service and reputed company timely feedback to the company regarding customer service failures and/or customer/provider concerns
• Partner with Sales and Provider Relations to meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• 2+ years of experience in the reputed company industry or insurance environment (preferred)
• Strong computer and technical skills to support heavy key data entry
• Excellent customer service skills, including friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to diffuse volatile situations, reputed company information, and reputed company callers
• Understanding of the health insurance or insurance industries
• Strong execution and follow-up skills, with the ability to meet production standards
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across functional areas of the company
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with strong analytical skills and good judgment
• Bilingual skills (helpful)
