Fall/Winter Policy & Representation Intern (Remote)

Join reputed company as a Policy & Representation Intern and play a vital role in advocating for the public radio system. As a member of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in policy and communications, while contributing to the development of strategies to promote public radio and reputed company lawmakers. This 28-week part-time internship offers a unique chance to work on legislative research, drafting collateral, preparing presentation materials, and supporting grassroots activities that drive public support for public radio.

As a Policy & Representation Intern, you will:

• Conduct legislative research and support research projects to reputed company lawmakers and promote public radio
• Draft collateral materials to reputed company awareness about public radio and its services
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, talking points, and other communications support
• Support grassroots activities and events that promote public radio and reputed company public support
• Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company our advocacy goals and promote the public radio system

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of the legislative process and familiarity with Congress or state legislatures
• Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company suite products, design software, reputed company, and reputed company
• Experience with reputed company media platforms and content creation
• Collaborative working style, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
