In this full-time remote overnight role, you will take incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to their health benefits. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from reputed company reputed company the U.S., working an 8-hour shift schedule between 8:00 pm - 8:00 am EST, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays required.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues on the reputed company, providing timely and accurate solutions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
