Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, along with an attractive benefits package that includes:

• 3 weeks of paid vacation

This is a fully remote, full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM PST. If you're a tech-savvy individual with a passion for IT support, a reliable home office setup, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incoming tickets reputed company our ticketing platform
