Remote Customer Support Agent - Seasonal Opportunity

Key Highlights:

• Seasonal position: July 1st – October 2025
• Competitive reputed company pay: $20.00 per hour
• Remote work arrangement: Must reputed company in the greater San Antonio, TX area
• Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (no weekends!)
• Employment duration: 3 to 4 months

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and build positive relationships with clients
• Manage your time effectively and respond to incoming calls in a timely manner
• Accurately document call details and customer interactions
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution
• Maintain organized records of service actions and reputed company
• Prioritize workflow based on task urgency and importance
• Support additional tasks as assigned

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support
• Experience in providing customer service support
• Availability to work Monday-Friday
• Proficiency in communications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention-to-detail
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
