Night Shift Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Join reputed company!

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our night shift team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a critical member of our 3rd shift operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring top-notch customer service and driver support during overnight hours. Shift Details: reputed company–Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. CST. Please note that while this is a remote position, you must live reputed company 35 miles of Kaukauna, WI, to facilitate in-office training.

About the Role: As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Communicating with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
• Monitoring load reputed company to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Addressing customer and driver concerns with professionalism and reputed company
• Balancing the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
• Maintaining accurate records and inputting updates reputed company our systems

• Prior experience in a transportation, reputed company, or logistics support role
• Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS (a strong plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
