We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Online Technology Support Specialist to join reputed company at reputed company. As a remote worker, you will reputed company top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless navigation of our online booking tools, including Concur Travel, Deem, GetThere, TravelBank, and our WorldMobile App.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver courteous, timely, and accurate issue resolution to customers reputed company phone, email, and chat functionality
• reputed company expert navigation, troubleshooting, and solutions for inquiries concerning reputed company online booking tools
• Assist customers with online tool navigation, password resets, and building profiles
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company
• Organize daily tasks to prioritize client support calls, chats, and emails

• Stay up-to-date on online tool releases, product enhancements, and reputed company events reputed company to the travel industry

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience using Concur Travel, Deem, GetThere, and TravelBank
• 1-3 years of experience with reputed company or reputed company Global Distribution System (Cryptic/Graphical capability preferred)
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a travel agency setting
