We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Operations Recruiter to support our reputed company team in identifying and hiring top talent for our high-volume non-exempt and exempt reputed company positions across the nation. As a key player in reputed company, you will focus on hiring for roles such as Heavy Equipment Mechanics, CDL drivers, Rental Coordinators, Service Managers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-lifecycle reputed company for assigned reputed company or verticals, with a deep understanding of the market and job specifications
• Building and maintaining relationships with managers to understand their hiring needs and reputed company effective recruitment strategies
• Utilizing multiple reputed company sources and innovative strategies to reputed company a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates
• Screening resumes, managing candidates throughout the hiring process, and negotiating final offers
• Meeting or exceeding reputed company KPIs, including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire

About You:

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual with at least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries. You should have:

• Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms, including reputed company, reputed company/Glassdoor, and Grayscale
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably reputed company
• Proven reputed company in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
