We're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive reputed company growth with reputed company and strategic level companies across the United States. As a key member of reputed company, you will build and manage relationships with potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the development of our sales strategy.

About the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating reputed company through reputed company deal cycles, managing multiple stakeholders, and partnering with our Business Development Team to build and reputed company pipeline opportunities. You will also be expected to reputed company and maintain a strong network of referrals, market and differentiate the reputed company brand, and reputed company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reputed company reputed company deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, including line of business executives, reputed company, and reputed company resource leaders

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of sales experience in the HCM & SaaS or assessment industry, preferably in the reputed company/Recruitment Industry
  • Experience generating opportunities in large, reputed company-size companies across reputed company America
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to creatively solve problems
  • Proven ability to work self-directed and be proactive, with strong business acumen and negotiating skills
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of software applications/systems, with analytical ability to understand metrics and report out on key insights
