We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Regional Admissions Recruiter to join reputed company at Workwarp. As a key member of our Admissions team, you will play a vital role in reputed company prospective reputed company and supporting them through the acceptance process. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own reputed company, with a focus on the Philadelphia, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey region.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will reputed company and execute effective recruitment strategies for assigned geographic territories, plan and conduct recruitment travel, generate inquiries and applications, and build relationships with influencers involved in the college search process. You will be responsible for managing an extensive travel schedule, scheduling and attending high school and career & technical education center visits, college fairs, and other recruitment-based events.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate specialized programming for assigned territories, including regional information sessions and reputed company bus trips
• Explore and recommend new initiatives to cultivate relationships with secondary school counselors, community-based organizations, and other individuals with influence in the college search process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Valid and in-state valid driver's license required
• Experience in college admissions preferred, or reputed company professional experience in marketing/sales, customer service, reputed company services, or education
• Travel and recruitment experience in assigned regional area preferred
• Experience with remote work preferred
• Developed organizational skills, sensitivity to student expectations, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
