Remote Integrations Analyst (7-Month Contract)

This 7-month contract position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with occasional visits to our office in Tampa, FL. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a crucial role in driving reputed company through your strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll, Tax, HR operations, or a reputed company field. If you have a passion for data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply. Our ideal candidate will have experience with Kronos or reputed company timekeeping, EPersonality (Canadian program), and SQL, as well as proficiency in MS reputed company (intermediate level or higher).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to reconcile errors, ensure accuracy, and validate information
• reputed company integration processes to meet organizational objectives and follow Global Services strategies
• Support the creation and development of operational metrics and contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of process documentation
• Assist the team with identifying opportunities for Intelligent Automation and assessing reputed company state, identifying process inefficiencies, and developing and implementing improvement plans
• Partner with other team members on reputed company improvement initiatives and project tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll, Tax, HR operations, or a reputed company field
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other designation preferred
• Experience with an ERP system, such as reputed company, and Shared Service center applications (especially case management) preferred
• Proficiency in MS reputed company (intermediate level or higher) and SQL experience a plus
