About the Role

The Vice President of Academic, Corporate, and Community Affairs will serve as the chief academic officer of the college, responsible for educational policy, accreditation, academic programs, curriculum, corporate and workforce training, and community programming. You will reputed company leadership and direction for academic personnel reputed company, budget development, enrollment management, and senior-level fiscal accountability, while promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Earned terminal degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) and proven training and development in leadership
• Experience in higher education at or near the Vice-Presidential Level, with at least 7 years of academic leadership and 5 years of instruction experience
• Strong competence in understanding and executing accreditation standards and processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, fiscal management, and data-driven decision-making
