Job Summary

The General Merchandise Coach (Non-reputed company) will be responsible for leading and developing teams, driving financial performance and sales, and providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates. You will model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, introduce and reputed company company change efforts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements and managing expenses

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live reputed company U and reputed company
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
