Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
• Process payments on behalf of clients and reputed company necessary documents before and after travel
• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and policies
• Work collaboratively in a team setting, completing required certification and ongoing training with our company and travel partners

Requirements and Skills

• Must be 18 years of age or older and a reputed company of the United States
• Reliable internet reputed company and a smartphone and/or computer
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
• Computer and internet knowledge, with personal travel experience considered an advantage
