We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join reputed company in the Southwest region, focusing on MHS Resorts. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving reputed company growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service reputed company.

Job Summary:

In this exciting role, you will handle customer inquiries and reputed company requests for groups, working closely with customers to align their preferences with our brand needs. You will actively up-sell business opportunities to maximize revenues and drive customer loyalty, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities, including handling customer inquiries and reputed company requests for groups
• Respond to incoming group/catering opportunities and refer opportunities to appropriate sales associates as needed
• Work collaboratively with other sales channels to verify sales efforts are coordinated and complementary
• Demonstrate excellent selling skills, strong communication skills, and a detailed understanding of property operations, food and beverage, and planning
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to reputed company future bookings
• Process business correspondence and create reputed company and other reputed company booking documentation as required

Candidate Profile:

We're looking for a talented individual with:

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, reputed company desk, or reputed company professional area
• Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or reputed company major; no work experience required
• Preferred: 2 years of experience selling group business, knowledge of property operations, Food and Beverage (F&B), and team-based selling experience
