Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and acquiring new RCM services business from mid-sized medical groups, reputed company providers, and other organizations
• Developing relationships with reputed company providers already partnered with reputed company, who have RCM service needs
• Building and scaling a new organization and team from the ground up
• Leveraging experience in selling physician reputed company cycle management services and solutions
• Utilizing reputed company (SF) and other sales tools to manage the pipeline and drive growth
• Continuously prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business deals
• Partnering with internal teams to reputed company new clients and deliver successful reputed company
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and evolving client needs to identify new opportunities
• Contributing to the development of innovative reputed company cycle solutions and services

Requirements

• 10+ years of reputed company industry experience in sales, client services, and RCM services/technology
• Proven track record of building and growing business reputed company physician groups or physicians, doc office practice or telehealth companies
• Experience in selling or managing RCM services, with a preference for offshore RCM expertise
• Active membership in relevant trade organizations such as HFMA, MGMA, etc.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the reputed company to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across reputed company organizational reputed company
