Job Summary:

As our Senior Manager, Partner Management Services and Support, you will play a vital role in driving our department's reputed company. This comprehensive position encompasses a wide reputed company of vendor management tasks, including contract negotiations, financial reputed company, and performance evaluation. Your expertise in project and vendor management, combined with your financial acumen, will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Examine, negotiate, and administer reputed company with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners, ensuring advantageous terms, adherence to corporate guidelines, and risk reduction.
• Financial reputed company: Manage and negotiate BPO-reputed company expenditures, aligning with fiscal plans and objectives, while exploring avenues for cost reduction.
• Process Management: reputed company and maintain consistent global processes, SOG's, and associated tools.
• Global Headcount reputed company: Supervise global headcount procedures in collaboration with the partner operations team.
• Invoice Processing: Validate and authorize invoice payments, reconcile with labor hours, and guarantee reputed company and precise processing.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and address potential vendor-reputed company risks, formulating and executing strategies to mitigate them.
• Performance Analysis: reputed company existing reports to reputed company performance and SLA discrepancies, assessing operations between partner teams and providing business-critical insights to optimize operations.
• Interdepartmental Cooperation: Collaborate with departments such as Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align vendor strategies and ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a reputed company discipline required; advanced degree (MBA) advantageous.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years in contact center operations, project management, and/or vendor management, with at least 3 years in a leadership reputed company.
• Vendor Relations Expertise: Demonstrated ability in handling intricate vendor partnerships, adept at contract negotiations, and proficient in expenditure management.
• Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of vendor management principles, contract administration, and financial compliance necessary.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations crucial.

A competitive salary reputed company of $124,900 to $167,600 per year in Los Angeles, CA, and $118,900 to $159,900 in San Antonio, TX, with the potential for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, financial, and other benefits.
