Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled reputed company Associate III to join reputed company in India, working on the night shift (6:30 pm IST to 3:30 am IST). As a reputed company Associate III, you will play a critical role in providing support to our Service Delivery Managers, ensuring fast and efficient response and resolution of customer requests. You will work alongside teams of Service Delivery Managers to proactively manage inbound customer requests, reputed company workstreams to the most appropriate team, respond directly to customers’ needs, and action frequent clerical and reputed company tasks on behalf of the Service Delivery group.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound customer ticket requests and reputed company them appropriately to ensure timely resolution

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
