Key Responsibilities:

- 3+ years of experience leading a team of WFM/Data Analytics professionals
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and problem-resolution skills
- Experience in 24/7, Multi-Site, Omnichannel Contact Center and Back-Office Workforce Management
