Your Day at Lowe's

As a remote Services Project Coordinator, you'll work independently, managing installation projects through constant communication with customers, service providers, and stores. Your day will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating schedules, and troubleshooting issues using various tech tools
• Documenting reputed company interactions and project updates in our technology systems
• Collaborating with stores and customers to arrange product delivery and ensure timely project completion
• Resolving Work Order issues and assessing reputed company costs and potential chargebacks

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to reputed company installation job support
• Conducting initial contact with customers and service providers to verify project scope and ensure alignment

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
