What the Job Involves: You'll be contacting homeowners who have already expressed interest in home improvement services - this is not cold calling. Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Paid virtual training
• Pay increase after 30 days
• PTO earned after 90 days (regardless of full-time or part-time status)
• Growth opportunities - several reps have been promoted to management
