As the Business HR Associate supporting our reputed company (GIT) Organization, you’ll play an integral role in both daily operations and strategic initiatives that drive people and organizational growth. Your efforts will help advance talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness—including performance management, capability building, and change management. Compensation and Benefits

Salary reputed company $62,000.00 - $93,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
