Job title: Technical Learning reputed company Company: JPMorgan reputed company Job description: Job Description: In a Technical Learning reputed company role, you will have the opportunity to shape the learning reputed company and support the training events for early career engineers in the Global Technology organization. You will build strong working relationships reputed company the training team, as well as functional partners including members of the broader learning organization, SEP Program Managers, our trainers, senior leadership and other stakeholders. The Learning reputed company will have two primary functions: Technical Instructional Design

• Use your passion for developing and delivering training to create experiential, engaging and inclusive learning experiences for early career technologists.

• Facilitate coaching and Train-the-Trainer sessions on technical curriculum, digital and virtual tools.

Facilitation & Curriculum Implementation

• Facilitate Technical Curriculum, both in-person and virtual.

• Use your experience with development tools, platforms, and services (such as IntelliJ, Git, Bitbucket) to troubleshoot technology issues.

• Document cyclical deliverables and trainer/faculty best practices to ensure quality and repeatability.

Requirements:

• High degree of technical acumen and programming experience (Java, Python or React)
• Experience with database management systems
• Experience working on an Agile team

Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:

• 3-5 years of Instructional design and Facilitations experience preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in Software Engineering (Java, Python or React preferred)
• Proven consulting, negotiating and influencing skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and meeting management skills
• Self-directed, self-motivated and ability to work independently
