Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

- Call center experience and customer-telephone service is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills both oral, written and communicate with company management with great efficiency
- Must be accountable to consistently reputed company phone numbers and complete surveys during your scheduled hours.
- Understanding basic computer terms and commands
