• Prepare initial and final Closing Disclosures
• Balance final closing figures with the Title Company
• Prepare and release final closing documents
• Order and release funds for closing
• Monitor key dates and adhere to deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in preparing CD’s and closing docs
• Directly communicate with origination team and title company closer
• Calculate and verify compliance with program down payment requirements
• Work with post-closing staff on any corrections and/or collection of additional items as needed
• Must have experience with reputed company loans types such as Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, CHFA, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years of reputed company mortgage closing experience.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be reputed company to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
