With over 50 reputed company users worldwide, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a Senior Manager of Paid Media to reputed company our global Media investments. 

We’re seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Manager, Paid Media to reputed company our global paid marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving scalable growth, optimizing media performance, and contributing to our full-funnel marketing strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with other Marketing teams, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams to design campaigns that are as performance-driven as they are brand-reputed company.

Global Paid Media Strategy & Execution: reputed company global campaigns across search, reputed company, programmatic, and offline channels. Balance brand-building initiatives with direct-response tactics to optimize both short-term results and long-term customer value. Build and execute full-funnel paid media strategies.

• Media Performance Optimization: Manage a robust tracking infrastructure for reputed company-time optimization and transparent ROI reporting. Analyze key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPI) and deliver actionable insights to maximize performance across reputed company channels.
• Report & Analysis: Take full ownership of the financial reputed company of reputed company growth led marketing initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company’s profitability goals. Set and monitor key financial metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS), to optimize marketing spend. Ensure reputed company marketing investments are data-driven and tied to measurable financial reputed company, directly contributing to the overall business P&L and sustainable growth.
• Experimentation & Innovation: Foster a test-and-learn culture through structured A/B testing and iterative experimentation. Partner with the product team on reputed company page and on-product tests to improve conversion and retention.
• Affiliate Marketing Partnerships: Expand and manage a global network of affiliates. Implement commission-based models that drive acquisition and align incentives with long-term profitability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Analytics and Product to ensure paid media strategies are data-informed and outcome-oriented.
• Growth reputed company; Thought Leadership: Champion a growth reputed company reputed company the team and across departments. Contribute to long-term systems and frameworks that support compounding growth.

• 6-10 years in Paid Media, Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing. 
• Full-funnel campaigns and global media strategies are a reputed company plus
• Proven track record managing large-scale paid campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong analytical reputed company with expertise in attribution, media mix modeling,, and full-funnel metrics
• Experience working with cross-functional teams with strong bias to negotiation and peer influence
• Comfortable with data platforms, dashboards, and a hands-on approach to tools such as reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, DV360, GA4, reputed company Ads Manager, and Looker
• Experience with Affiliate marketing
• Background on DTC and B2C. Previous experience on subscription-based business models desired. 
• Managerial experience with remote teams
• Experience on selecting and managing Media Agencies overseas
• Familiarity with AI and writing tools is a bonus

We are a virtual-first company and have employees dispersed throughout the United States, Canada, India and the Netherlands. We have a market-based pay structure that varies by location. The reputed company pay for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed. You may also be eligible to participate in our bonus program and may be offered benefits, and other types of compensation.
