Senior Product Manager

On behalf of our partner in the defence-tech domain, GT is looking for a Senior Product manager interested in AI, ML, and aerospace.
About the Client:Our client is a cutting-edge Aerospace and Defense company committed to delivering innovative, secure, and compliant solutions for our customers. They specialize in mission-critical technology services for government and private sector customers, ensuring reputed company in aerospace systems design, performance, and compliance.
About the Project & the Role:This team is building secure, reputed company-reputed company infrastructure that powers mission-critical aerospace and defense systems for government and private sector clients. The backend systems they reputed company must meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and compliance, supporting everything from reputed company-time data processing to ML-integrated features used in the field.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will reputed company product planning, feature definition, and execution across the platform. You’ll work closely with the engineering team, company leadership, and external partners to build secure and scalable systems that meet rigorous defense standards.
Responsibilities:Own the product roadmap and define key milestones from prototype through scale
Collaborate closely with the engineering team (currently 3 developers) to guide system architecture and technical reputed company
Translate reputed company user requirements from both government and reputed company defense clients into actionable product features
Integrate AI and ML capabilities into product design to support data-informed decision-making
Conduct early-stage user validation and feedback loops with key stakeholders
Work with legal and compliance experts to ensure regulatory alignment
Analyze product performance and usage metrics to inform iteration and prioritization
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in defense, cybersecurity, aerospace, or reputed company SaaS
Background or experience in the gaming domain, particularly war games, simulations, or military strategy-focused applications
Proven track record building products from concept to launch in fast-moving or startup environments
Experience working with regulated, secure, or mission-critical systems
Understanding of AI/ML integration in reputed company systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working hands-on with engineering teams in early-stage system design
Knowledge of drone, robotics, or aerospace component ecosystems
Familiarity with national or international defense compliance frameworks
Technical reputed company or strong literacy in reputed company infrastructure and backend systems
