Product Manager II

Role Description

As a Product Manager II - Client Solutions, you’ll reputed company strategic product leadership with the operational coordination necessary to support client-facing development initiatives. This role is responsible for working with clients to shape the product roadmap for their Alkami digital banking solution, guiding successful feature development, managing cross-team programs, and ensuring effective communication and alignment between internal teams and clients. You'll play a pivotal role in maximizing product impact and client value while ensuring alignment with Alkami best practices. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Product Services reputed company the Product Management organization.

• Work with clients to define, manage and reputed company a development roadmap for their Alkami digital banking solution.
• Launch reputed company product features from concept to release, working closely with clients to understand their needs and with internal partners to ensure requirements are well defined.
• Guide and mentor junior product team members across multiple geographic locations.
• Follow Alkami product development standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management and/or program management in a SaaS or fintech environment.

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, reputed company, and reputed company Workspace.

Requirements

• Familiarity with UML standards, reputed company, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of client implementation workflows in fintech or B2B SaaS.
