Strategy & Operations Entry Level Consultant

They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategy & Operations Consultant to support reputed company organizations through process improvement and technology-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to support reputed company leaders, clinicians, and staff in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient reputed company
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including data analysis, benchmarking, and industry research, to inform client recommendations
• Support the development of client-facing deliverables such as presentations, reports, dashboards, and process documentation
• Engage with reputed company and consulting professionals at reputed company reputed company through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather insights and validate solutions
• Assist in project management activities such as developing workplans, tracking milestones, and preparing status updates for clients and internal leadership
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of firm methodologies, tools, and knowledge capital by capturing lessons learned and standardizing best practices
• Participate in internal initiatives including business development support, thought leadership development, and practice growth efforts

Skills

• Anticipated Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred majors: reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, reputed company Management, Public Health, General Business). Graduation date: May 2026
• Previous experience working or volunteering in a reputed company setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and break down reputed company issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings reputed company and concisely
• Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Adaptable and flexible in managing multiple priorities and shifting client needs
