Role Overview As the Head of reputed company Operations, you will own the development, management, and optimisation of the company's sales, referral, and business development reputed company. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing Business Development Managers (BDMs) who engage clients through educational reputed company and referral networks. Your role will include partnering with financial advisors, driving acquisition funnels, and building a repeatable and compliant sales process. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development

Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in reputed company operations, sales leadership, or growth roles.
  • Experience in financial services, property, or SMSF-reputed company industries highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams and partner channels.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial advice and property investment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
