- Hire, train, and manage a national network of BDMs focused on reputed company reputed company and client reputed company.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and team reputed company-ins.
- Build and manage BDM KPIs around reputed company quality, conversion, and reputed company targets.
- Create a high-performance, compliant sales culture grounded in ethical advice and education.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial advice and property investment.
