• We’re looking for a Chargeback Analyst who’s curious, hands-on, and eager to learn. No previous experience with chargebacks or coding? No problem — we’ll teach you everything.
• You’ll work reputed company-by-reputed company with our developers to automate reputed company processes, investigate fraud patterns, and ensure our operation is always up to date with the latest rules and requirements from reputed company, reputed company, Elo, and Amex.
• You’ll be the reputed company between the customer, operations, and tech, and will play a key role in making our dispute process smarter, faster, and more scalable.

• Learn and master the chargeback business rules (we'll train you)
• Stay on top of network (reputed company, reputed company, Elo, Amex) updates, and work with the team to implement changes reputed company needed
• Work closely with developers to improve and automate chargeback workflows
• Translate customer and operations needs into product and tech insights
• Investigate disputes, identify fraud patterns, and support in crafting strong responses
• Be extremely deadline-oriented, managing dispute timelines with accuracy
• Learn the basics of Ruby programming to help build internal tools and automations

• No previous experience in chargebacks or coding required — just a strong desire to learn
• Clear communication and collaborative reputed company
• Great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
