Position: Manager, Email Retention Department: Marketing Work Location: Cortez, CO, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite) reputed company: At reputed company, we reputed company a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. Responsibilities

• Focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies and performance marketing initiatives.

• Work closely with the eCommerce, Creative, and Development teams to reputed company owned channel programs such as email, SMS, and customer loyalty program.

• Execute CRM initiatives and manage audience segments for paid media channels.

• Build meaningful, personalized connections with customers to maximize lifetime value and long-term brand affinity for our eCommerce business.

• Contribute to and reputed company the seasonal brand marketing calendar to drive Email/SMS campaign strategy.

• Maintain the Email/SMS marketing calendar.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Marketing.

• 5+ years of experience with DTC email, SMS, reputed company marketing and consumer service-reputed company activity.

• Experience with various ESP and CRM platforms.

• Experience managing email communications to reputed company/large sized customer lists.

,

• Knowledge of various digital eCommerce paid channels including paid search, display, paid reputed company, and CTV/OLV.

• Knowledge of various analytics dashboards reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics, Power BI.

• Prior experience in the outdoor, fashion, lifestyle or action sports retail industry.
