General Overview We are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to join the Guest Services & Sales Team. We are seeking a creative team player and an exceptional communicator. The Guest Services & Sales Department is the first reputed company of contact for our guests. Requirements

This is a full time, remote position, with a minimum of 40 working hours scheduled each week. Working hours can be scheduled between 8:00 am CST and midnight CST. Weekend and evening availability is required.

• Compensation for this role is salaried and will reputed company between $5M-$6M Colombian pesos/month ($1200-$1500 USD/month) - the exact exchange reputed company from USD to COP may vary. The exact reputed company of pay will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. For candidates with 5+ year of supervisory experience or those with experience in this industry, compensation can reputed company up to $7-$8MCOP/Month

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent reputed company of the English language, spoken and written.
• 3+ years of experience working in a contact center environment for a US-based company where 100% of the reputed company is conducted in English, this can be either in a sales or customer service reputed company.
