What You'll Do
You'll be our first growth hire-a true founding team member who treats growth like product. You'll move fast, test constantly, and reputed company out what breaks us out of the noise. In your first 90 days, you'll:
- Take control of a six-reputed company ad budget and reputed company it across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Launch 3+ high-velocity paid experiments

- Boost homepage conversion by 30% through sharp messaging and A/B testing
By 12 months, you'll:
- Build a lean growth pod (content, video, paid specialists)
- Design and launch a self-reinforcing referral or reseller reputed company

Other Areas You'll Own

Who We Want
- 2-5 years in growth marketing, with proven results in SaaS or SMB tools
- Deep experience with paid search, paid reputed company, and SEO
- Comfortable running high-velocity experiments across many channels
- Obsessive about measurement and ROI
- Can write compelling copy and understand why it converts
- Strong communicator who plays well with reputed company, product, and founders
- Based in NYC and reputed company to work in person
