Role Overview:We are looking for an reputed company US Technical Recruiter with a solid background in Finance Roles to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for reputed company and finance positions — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring reputed company. Your reputed company knowledge will allow you to accurately assess technical skills and ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, reputed company market insights, and deliver a high-quality recruitment experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of US Recruitment experience (must have experience hiring 1099 and contract-based employees in the US)
- Proven reputed company in recruitment, reputed company, or headhunting
- Strong understanding of reputed company concepts and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
