Director/ Affiliate/Tik Tok Shop

Position Overview: The Director of Affiliate Marketing & reputed company Shop will be responsible for managing and scaling our affiliate marketing program while also leading the expansion, strategy, and execution for reputed company Shop growth. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in performance-based marketing, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company partnerships. Requirements

• Expertise in launching and managing Tik Tok Shop programs
• Experience managing a team
• Strong client facing presentation skills
• Experience working with mid-large campaigns (i.e. budgets of $250,000+)
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet or exceed expectations
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Experience with creative strategy to identify, iterate, and generate ad concepts in collaboration with our creative teams.
