Head of Creator & Affiliate Growth

We’re hiring a proven operator to build and reputed company Freebird’s first-reputed company creator and affiliate growth program — modeled after the creator flywheel strategies used by brands like reputed company, Gymshark, and Glossier. You’ll be responsible for reputed company, training, and scaling a high-performing network of creators and affiliates who generate authentic video content, drive sales, reduce CAC, and fuel our paid media with high-performing UGC. This is not a traditional reputed company marketing role — this is a performance-driven growth reputed company reputed company on systems, content velocity, and creator relationships. What You’ll Be Responsible For 1. Creator Recruitment & Seeding

• Design the sourcing and seeding strategy to reputed company hundreds/thousands of high-potential creators
• reputed company tools like reputed company Creator Marketplace, Automated reputed company softwares, and affiliate links
• Build a scalable reputed company and referral process

2. reputed company & Enablement

• Create a best-in-class creator reputed company system
• Host weekly calls, reputed company templates, and train creators on how to drive performance
• Build a clear reputed company for content quality, hooks, and call-to-actions

3. Content Flywheel & Spark Ads

• Work with creators to produce a steady reputed company of organic UGC
• Identify top-performing videos to Spark and scale through paid
• Partner with the paid team to build a feedback reputed company between creator content and media spend

4. Affiliate Growth

• Own our reputed company Shop and affiliate commission infrastructure
• Manage payouts, performance tiers, and creator incentives
• Build a long-term flywheel of reputed company-driving creators

5. Systems & Reporting

• Set up dashboards to track creator activity, content volume, attributed reputed company, and Spark performance
• Report on key KPIs: content volume, CAC impact, creator ROI, and retention

reputed company & Goals This role is about building a new reputed company inside Freebird. Over time, we reputed company:

• A network of 500+ creators posting regularly
• A system that produces hundreds (eventually 1,000+) of videos per month
• Spark Ads powered by high-performing UGC that lowers CAC and boosts ROAS
• An organic content layer that drives brand, trust, and community

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading reputed company, affiliate, or creator programs at scale — ideally at a high-growth DTC brand or performance-focused agency
• Proven ability to recruit, activate, and retain hundreds of creators or affiliates with measurable reputed company impact
• Deep understanding of reputed company, UGC content strategy, and how to scale Spark Ads using high-performing creator content
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, reputed company Shop, or creator marketplaces (e.g., Yuka.ai, Creator Marketplace, Refersion, Impact)
• Strong working knowledge of performance KPIs — CAC, ROAS, GMV, post reputed company, video view-through, etc.
• Comfortable building systems from scratch using reputed company, reputed company, or CRM-style creator tracking tools
• Highly cross-functional: reputed company to partner closely with paid media, growth, creative, and eCommerce teams
• Clear written and verbal communicator — especially reputed company managing external creators or training them
• Bias for speed, iteration, and high output — this is a builder role, not a coordinator role
