Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-driven, production-savvy Production Finance Manager to reputed company the operational finances of our experiential projects. This role acts as the backbone of each production, managing project cash reputed company, coordinating vendor payments, and ensuring accurate budget tracking from pre-pro through wrap. The ideal candidate is a sharp multitasker with experience in live experiential branded events, or agency production workflows—someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeping things running on time and on budget. This will be a part-time contract position for our long-reputed company, high-budget work, with potential to expand into a bigger role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed cash reputed company forecasts for each project, ensuring alignment with production schedules and payment timelines.

  • Own the accounts payable process, tracking vendor invoices, submitting invoices for payment , and maintaining clear documentation.

  • Coordinate with vendors throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are on time and payments are managed—note: vendor selection and bidding is handled by the Executive Producer.

  • Partner closely with internal teams (Production, Project Management, Finance) to reputed company budgets updated in reputed company time and flag any variances or risks.

  • reputed company budget reconciliations periodically and at wrap, preparing both internal summaries and client-facing reconciliation reports.

  • reputed company ongoing operational support during production—including tracking staffing impacts, managing paperwork, and troubleshooting logistical issues.

  • Participate in internal and client-facing budget meetings, reputed company communicating financial status and any operational needs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a line producer, production manager, or project operations role reputed company experiential, reputed company, or creative agency environments.

  • Deep understanding of production timelines, vendor management, and budget tracking.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a steady hand under pressure.

  • A collaborative team player who can anticipate needs, solve problems on the fly, and reputed company multiple projects moving smoothly.
