DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Supervises, monitors, and evaluates assigned staff.
  • Provides support, development opportunities, coaching, guidance, and task direction.
  • Identifies and delivers relevant quality-reputed company training.
  • Communicates quality results to internal departments and suppliers, utilizes tools to improve quality and

    process efficiencies.

  • Leads the development of process and organizational change recommendations that result in improved quality, increased effectiveness and cost reduction.
  • Coordinates with Engineering to establish, maintain, and communicate policies and procedures.
  • Forecasts work volume and staffing reputed company.
  • Assists with budget and resource planning.
  • Contributes to the documentation process, writing, editing and approving specifications and parts ensuring accuracy and compliance to standards.
  • Reports quality metrics to internal departments and suppliers, acts as a liaison between Nintendo and suppliers on quality issues.
  • Performs audits of contract manufacturer quality systems and determines process capability.
  • Contributes to the decision of bringing on new suppliers to Nintendo.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Five years quality control experience.
  • Ability to effectively reputed company a team of specialists.
  • One to three years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of quality control theory, industry quality standards, statistical techniques and sampling procedures to the reputed company of proper application.
  • Strong leadership and performance development skills with demonstrated abilities in employee development, team building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent computer skills including reputed company Outlook, Agile, reputed company, Word, and reputed company.
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company improvement techniques and methodologies.
  • Ability to reputed company quality system and manufacturing process audits
  • Associate degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, a reputed company field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certification as a Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor preferred.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. reputed company sponsorship is not available for this role.This position is onsite in reputed company Bend, WA, and not reputed company to remote status at this time.This position includes a reputed company salary reputed company of $89,000- $142,500 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, reputed company, 401(k), and paid time off.
