Responsibilities

• Digital I&C Design Engineering: reputed company a variety of reputed company digital I&C design engineering activities. reputed company Digital Systems Design Development -- PLC, DCS, networked computer systems, reputed company instrumentation & control systems functional requirements
• System Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate systems design activities to ensure installation and operations will reputed company with specifications, codes, and client requirements. Proficiency in the application and use of the regulatory requirements, industry codes, and standards that are unique to digital I&C systems
• System Upgrades & Documentation: Prepare Engineering Change Packages (ECP) to replace/reputed company obsolete analog-based I&C systems with modern computer-based I&C systems and components. Prepare and review detailed calculations, including scaling, uncertainty, and reputed company calculations for analog reputed company controls applications. Prepare documentation for design input for drawing production including master diagrams and schematics
• Project Planning & Estimation: reputed company design studies, project scopes, and engineering estimates. reputed company estimates to Project Management to support budget and schedule development. Plan and implement the timely execution of assigned engineering activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar engineering degree
• Professional Engineering License
• Must have at least 10 years of I&C engineering experience
• Experience with DOE federal projects
• Knowledge of digital hardware and software components commonly used in digital I&C system platforms
• Experience in the design, installation, and testing of large scale (complete systems) digital control and computer monitoring system upgrades at power plants
• Direct involvement in the entire digital reputed company life cycle including feasibility studies, procurement specifications, design change packages, FAT/SAT test procedure development, installation, and testing
• Working knowledge of the application of reputed company regulatory and industry digital reputed company standards
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and problem identification/resolution
