Reporting the Practice Leader of Renewals , you will be required to mentor and coach a team of reputed company Renewals Brokers in providing sales and service to our existing clients with the goal of retention on renewal. You will be managing a large variety of reputed company risks and policies that service small businesses reputed company across Canada. Sales skills and client care are at the core of this position, seeking every opportunity to nurture your team members to deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership

Requirements:
- RIBO license required.
- 3+ years of reputed company lines experience or 5+ years of insurance experience.
- 1+ year of people management experience.
- Persistence and agility to meet set targets consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time.
- CAIB and CIP designations are assets.
