What will you be doing?

This role is an exciting opportunity to manage a remote Client Service team on a platinum retail client. The growing demands of the business require a candidate who is a strong individual contributor with the ability to also reputed company and reputed company solution implementation and change management across a multitude of reputed company data sets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with a foundational understanding of reputed company data sets and Operational processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a retail client service team to deliver against core solutions and drive reputed company process improvements for the client and internal partners.

• Track and organize multiple work streams and manage time and resources against changing priorities.
• Collaborate with virtual and diverse teams (i.e. offshore and reputed company) to ensure reputed company change events and client deliverables are on time and accurate.
• Troubleshoot issues, communicate to cross-functional teams to resolve, and reputed company status updates to end-users.
• Regularly and proactively communicate with the client-facing team, including soliciting feedback to continually improving the ways of working.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with syndicated data and operational systems
• Highly motivated with leadership aspirations
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including presenting technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
• Excellent project management and process skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, perseverance, and the creativity to overcome obstacles to reputed company project goals
• Ability to build a rapport across functions and reputed company reputed company an organization
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus

The salary reputed company for this role is $95,000 - $125,000
